We should wake up and avoid glyphosate, the popular herbicide if we really care about our health and environment.

Glyphosate is the active ingredient in Roundup, the most commonly used weed killer in the world. Nearly 300 million pounds (over 136 Million kg) of glyphosate-based herbicide are sprayed on farms―and food―every year.

3. Chickpeas, couscous, eggs, lentils, oats, turkey and walnuts
4. Cruciferous Vegetables
5. Allium Vegetables (garlic, leeks, onions, scallions, and shallots)
6. Leafy Green Vegetables
